Ok so lots has happened in the last 12 months - relocated back to the other end of the country, new jobs and so much stress, sadly I let my regime slide way too far! Good news though is I am back on a mission and before January 1st arrives. My photo is my inspiration to be back where I was in no time at all. Goodbye sugar, carbs, bad fats and no exercise. Hello, protein, fruit, veg, weights and cardio 💪 🏃♀️
