spend a galentines day with me 🎀

as march approaches, i am reflecting on all the beautiful opportunities i’ve had this month — one of them being a galentines yoga morning with 💛

we started with a revitalising yoga session and honestly… what better way to begin the weekend than with a deep hot girl stretch and calm energy 🧘🏾‍♀️✨

after that, we refuelled with some matcha 🍵 (ofc); yapped and mingled with the other girlies!💗 i love going to events and meeting new people who also love the same things i do!!🥹

we also had a very insightful skincare panel with their consultant dermatologist and head of medical ~~ learning about personalised skincare and getting expert advice in such an intimate setting ⭐️

i’m very grateful to have experienced this and been in a space with so many talented and passionate ladies 💞
