Much needed laughs this week after a LONG week at work! Its been a hectic week in 2026, it feels like I've done 6 months in the past month or so!!

Just to make it simple for you guys as it can be overwhelming getting a skincare routine. Add these 2 products to begin with.
A good Retinol, known as a vitamin A. Used in the evenings to help reduce fine lines, wrinkles, uneven skintones. Helps to boost cell turnover and collagen so you have plumper looking skin. I use
6% Retinol, its recommended by dermatologists and I really see the difference in my complexion. I use this 5/6 times a week in the evenings. If you use a Retinol, you'll need a SPF for the morning.
SPF, I use factor 50! Use it all year round, 365 a day, without fail!! Spf protects your skin from UV, helps with sun damage, aging for the skin, wrinkles, pigmentation, dark spots, loss of collagen.
Currently using SPF but also highly recommend Unseen sunscreen and
La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVMune 400 Invisible Fluid Non-Perfumed Suncream SPF50+
