Pricing and Initial Consultation
My standard pricing is £80 per hour for a massage session. However, for your first appointment, I highly recommend booking a 90-minute session. This will allow me to conduct a thorough postural assessment, which is a vital part of understanding how your body is functioning and how I can best support you. During the postural assessment, I will ask you to be in your underwear so I can assess your body alignment. This will take approximately 15 minutes and will give me a clearer picture of how your posture and muscle tension are affecting your body. I will carefully examine your alignment, check for stiffness in key muscles, and observe the movement of your joints, including the shoulders, head, and torso. Throughout this assessment, I will also ask you questions related to your life activities, work, injuries, and any ongoing health issues. By connecting these details with your symptoms, I can gain a deeper understanding of what may be driving the discomfort you are experiencing. This initial consultation will help me tailor your treatment plan to ensure we address both your immediate concerns and the underlying causes of your discomfort, guiding you toward better overall health and wellness. In the following sessions, we will continue to build on this understanding and adjust your treatment plan as needed to support your body’s unique needs.
