To our community,
As many of you already know, we have officially closed down all parts of our businesses - Clerkenwell and Islington Chiropractic clinics & Clerkenwellbeing – to comply with government social distancing guidelines.
With a great deal of sadness we feel it is not safe for any patients, practitioners or reception staff to work or be treated at this time - not even for emergency cases, due to the lack of available protective clothing that must be reserved for those working on the front line in the NHS.
As soon as we get the go ahead we look forward to welcoming you through our doors again

Boost your immune system and support your body with Iyengar Yoga.
The key goal of yoga is to prevent aches, pains, stresses, and encourage flexibility, movement and strength. This practice is all about Pranayama (Breath Control) and Asana (Postures). The system for Iyengar is methodological and progressive. It makes use of supports referred to as "props". This allows you to progress in the practice of safe postures at your own pace, as you developed you can then move to more complex postures.
This is suitable for beginners and ongoing students..
