A little bit about me.
I am passionate professional massage & beauty therapist dedicated to helping others to improve their well-being by offering relaxing and rejuvenating treatments that nurture the soul and lead to long term health benefits. My holistic and intuitive approach aims to address and understand the core problems causing imbalance and blockages in the body. This helps especially in creating personalised treatments for every individual so you look and feel your best.
As a part of my practice I use a range of my favourite techniques which I've studied over the years. I am influenced by both eastern and western approaches including Swedish, Thai, Ayurveda, meridian work, stretching, soft & deep tissue, acupressure, sports & remedial, lymphatic drainage & reflex zones.
