The UK government has just announced their current campaign, violence against women and girls (VAWG), a “national emergency” and unveiled a new strategy with a pledge to halve the rate of violence over the next decade.
This is a cause one of our charity has long campaigned for, and this moment is a crucial opportunity to raise awareness, stand together, and drive real change.

Lunges Lateral
🔸 Excersises 5/10
No equipment required
🔹 Step to one side placing your foot forward at a 45 degree angle.
🔹 Flex at the hip, knee and ankle until your front thigh is parallel to the ground.
🔹 Allow your back foot to pivot on the heel and externally rotate 90 degrees.
🔹 Your back must remain straight and upright throughout the movement with the head up and your gaze forward.
🔹 Keep your front knee inline with your toe and do not allow your heel to raise of the ground.
🔹 Stand by pushing through your hip and returning to standing position.
🔹 Switch directions and repeat the moment
🔸 Repetition = 12
🔸 Sets = 3
🔸 Hold = 5 seconds
🔸 Weighted - option
