This raises a good question, why are so many people from the Afro Caribbean Community so afraid of being near or on water? We know so many adults in our community who can't swim or have no intention of learning how to swim which is tragic as they are missing out on so much, Like our our platinum Jubilee Friday -Rowing Taster
