Supergirl Official Alien Twins
I had the joy of establishing these two bald, no-brow alien twin characters during fittings.
We originally designed them with full bald caps, which were later adapted to half bald caps for filming due to the hooded costume design. I prepped their beautifully curly hair, flattened and neutralised the brows, then applied the bald caps pulled down over the brow bone and blended into the eye socket area.
The metallic face jewellery was made by me during prep and allocated specifically to these characters, with both brothers wearing the same design to connect them visually as twins.
For the skin finish, I applied a PAX base across the bald caps, then spattered multiple blood and skin-tone washes over the cap, forehead and cheek areas to blend everything seamlessly. I finished the look with champagne-toned highlights across the head and face to create a soft alien sheen.
