Helping you unlock your full potential through a holistic approach to mind and body.
September 2025 ➝ May 2026.
What once felt impossible now feels controlled, stronger, and more intentional.
This is your reminder that progress doesn’t happen overnight — it happens through consistency, patience, and being willing to stay a beginner long enough to improve.
A massive part of this change has been having the right guidance behind me. Huge thank you to for pushing me, correcting me, and helping me see what I couldn’t see on my own.
Even coaches need coaches.
Even the people helping others grow still need mentorship, accountability, and someone in their corner.
There’s always another level to unlock when you’re willing to learn. 🤝🔥

You don’t need to punish yourself to lose weight.
You need habits you can actually stick to. 👏🏼
Here are 5 common mistakes that might be slowing your progress:
• Skipping meals
• Doing too much cardio
• Neglecting strength training
• Cutting out important nutrients
• Following overly restrictive diets
Real results come from consistency, balance, and sustainability — not extremes. 💚
Focus on:
✨ Nourishing your body
✨ Building strength
✨ Recovering properly
✨ Creating habits that fit your lifestyle
Your fitness journey should make you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident — not exhausted.
Which mistake have you struggled with the most? 👇🏼
Meet Natalia✨
When Natalia first started training, she felt stuck.
She struggled with upper body strength, heavy lifts felt intimidating, and she could barely deadlift 30kg with good form.
Fast forward to now—
She’s deadlifting 60kg 💪
DOUBLE the weight she started with while moving better, feeling stronger, and building real confidence in the gym.
One of her biggest wins so far?
Her supported pull-up with GOOD form and no thick band assistance ✨
This is what happens when you stop guessing and start following a structured plan built around YOU.
Strength isn’t built overnight.
It’s built through consistency, accountability, and showing up even when it feels hard ❤️
And we’re only getting started 🚀
07/05/2026
Some years ago, I would have never posted pictures like these.
Any picture where you could see my cellulite, my back rolls, or parts of my body that didn’t fit the ‘perfect body’ standard would immediately get deleted.
And honestly? Sometimes those thoughts still come back.
What you don’t see is that I probably took 50 photos before choosing these few.
Not because I hate myself anymore, but because unlearning years of criticism towards your own body takes time.
But today I’m posting these with pride.
Because this is me.
A real body.
A strong body.
A body that carries me through life, training, hard days, growth, laughter, healing, and memories like these.
I’m tired of only feeling worthy when I look ‘perfect.’
I don’t want to spend my life hiding parts of myself that are completely human.
So this is my reminder — to myself and to anyone who needs it:
You don’t have to wait until you love every inch of yourself to start showing up confidently.
And your body doesn’t need to be flawless to deserve love, respect, or visibility.
I’m learning to appreciate myself for who I am, not just for what I wish I looked like.
And honestly… that feels more freeing than any physical transformation ever could 🤍
Meet Geanina✨
She walked into the gym for the first time with zero experience.
No routine. No confidence. No idea where to start.
Just a goal:
To feel stronger… and finally show up for herself.
Fast forward to now—
She’s built muscle.
She’s stronger than ever.
And most importantly… she’s gained the confidence she needed to fully enjoy her passion: riding horses 💚
This is what happens when you stop guessing
and start following a structured plan with the right support.
Most people don’t fail because they’re lazy—
They fail because they don’t know where to start, or they keep starting over.
Geanina decided to break that cycle.
The question is… are you ready to do the same?
If you’re ready to stop starting over or you don’t know where to start— my DMs are open
How it started ➡️ How it’s going
From incline push-ups
To almost full push-ups.
No shortcuts.
No magic program.
Just consistency, patience, and showing up even on the days she didn’t feel like it.
Strength isn’t built in one session.
It’s built in the quiet reps no one claps for.
So proud of you. This is what progress really looks like. 💪✨
1 year at Gymbox.
A year of showing up even when it felt uncomfortable.
A year of learning, unlearning, doubting myself… and choosing to keep going anyway.
This journey hasn’t been about proving anything to anyone else.
It’s been about backing myself, trusting my voice, and growing into the coach and person I want to be.
I’m happy. I’m grateful.
And I’m really proud of myself.
03/02/2026
Today I’m my own testimonial.
I’m at my heaviest… but this time it’s different.
I feel the strongest I’ve ever been.
Confident. Resilient. Grounded.
This body isn’t something I’m fighting — it’s something I’m building with.
And I’m more than ready to smash my new goals this year 🙌🏻✨
💫CLIENT TESTIMONIAL — Meet Valentino💪
Valentino started training with me in September with one big challenge:
👉 Knee pain that stopped him from running
👉 Fear of making it worse by training
👉 Uncertainty about what he could still do
Since then?
🔥 He’s built serious upper-body strength
🔥 He’s stayed consistent without aggravating his knee
🔥 And most importantly — his knee feels better in daily life
We didn’t stop training.
We adapted.
Smart programming, controlled movements, and a long-term mindset — because injury doesn’t mean giving up, it means training smarter.
So proud of your progress 👏
Running will come — strength first.
Short girl problems require smart setups.
If I don’t climb the machine first, the lat pulldown wins 😌
