We just wanted to share a quick (and very gentle!) update 💅

After holding our prices steady since 2020, we’ll be introducing a small price increase on selected treatments only, starting from 1st May 2026. Don’t worry — this isn’t across the board! We’ve been really mindful to keep as many of our services as affordable as possible while continuing to deliver the quality you know and love.

We’re always working behind the scenes with our suppliers to source the best products at the best prices, so we never have to compromise on results ✨

💖 Good news! Our *BIAB infills and SNS redo prices will remain exactly the same 💖

✨ 11 YEARS. ✨

At 22, I opened my little salon with shaky hands, a big dream, and absolutely no idea what I was doing… except knowing I wanted a life where I could be creative, independent, and build something I was truly proud of.

I’d just graduated with a law degree, secured a job in insurance, and then… decided to give it all up for a dream that made my heart beat louder. Terrifying? YES. Worth it? More than I could ever say. 🤍

The last 11 years have been full of obstacles, lessons, glow-ups, breakdowns, breakthroughs, and so many “pinch me” moments. I look back and honestly can’t believe how far we’ve come.

None of this would’ve been possible without my amazing team of staff that I have, the people who held me up! Without my husband John, who has supported me through every late night, every meltdown, every crazy new idea. My mum Sandy, who has cheered me on from day one and believed in me even before I believed in myself. Prim and Polished would not be what it is today! ✨

And to my incredible clients… I don’t even have the words. Your loyalty, kindness, laughs, trust, and support mean everything. You’re the reason this dream became a reality and continues to grow. I am overwhelmed with appreciation and gratitude for every single one of you. 🤍✨
