It felt such a reset being taken care of at the start of the week having my usual treatment with I left Claridge’s floating with my mind, heart and soul feeling much stronger. Melting into the spa was also divine. I took the early bird 8am session so had the pool to myself. Loved it!

It’s always been a small goal of mine to get published in The Sunday Times for my work.
