Not all oils are the same โ salon oils are designed to treat the hair inside, not just make it shiny on top.
โจ If your hair is dry or frizzy
Look for nourishing oils with argan, macadamia, or avocado, plus heat protection. They help smooth the cuticle, reduce puffiness, and protect from styling tools.
๐ก If hair is coloured or damaged
Choose professional repairing oils with added proteins, ceramides, or bond-care technology. They help reduce breakage, add shine, and keep colour looking fresh for longer.
๐ฟ If hair is fine or gets greasy
Pick lightweight, silicone-balanced formulas or โserum-oilsโ. Use 1โ2 drops only, focusing on mid-lengths and ends so the hair stays bouncy, not flat.
How to use like a pro:
1๏ธโฃ On damp hair โ 1โ3 drops through mid-lengths and ends for detangling, heat protection, and shine.
2๏ธโฃ On dry hair โ half a pump to tame frizz and add gloss as a finishing touch.
3๏ธโฃ As a treatment โ apply a richer layer on lengths and ends 30โ60 minutes before washing for extra softness.
