Tatiana Nelia Skin
We are here to help you achieve your healthiest, happiest self.
Skin concerns can be challenging, but our deep knowledge of ingredients and formulations ensures effective care for ageing, blemishes, pigmentation, or redness.
There’s a reason my page looks a little quiet when it comes to client photos.
I protect the people who trust me. Your treatments and your results are personal, and I keep them that way.
I rarely share clients photos here, and when we do, it’s always discreet and privacy-first.
Just peaceful, quality service and clients who know their privacy is safe with me.
That’s what’s happening in the industry and you see it.
Many beauty clinics either scaring you about ageing, or they’re selling you an expensive treatment.
And somewhere in all that noise you’re supposed to find a person you trust with your face.
I could also tell you I’m the best aesthetician in the city and promise miracles.
It costs nothing to say.
But I do something else. I try to educate you about skincare, about skin functioning so you can make a thoughtful decision.
And the one thing I have that actually matters: clients who have been coming back to me for years and their words.
If I were looking for my own skin expert, that’s what I’d look for. Not the promises. But what real people say.

Holiday season is here. For most of you, the plan’s already in place.
We finished the last aggressive treatments before you left. We prepped your skin for sun exposure. Your post-holiday appointments are booked.
But if you’re not booked in yet, this one’s for you.
Here’s why it matters.
Even moderate holiday sun disrupts the skin barrier, increases transepidermal water loss, and puts melanocytes on high alert. Your skin comes back looking sun-kissed, but underneath, it’s in an active state of inflammation and repair.
That’s exactly the wrong moment to book any aggressive resurfacing treatment.
Controlled injury on skin that’s already inflamed significantly raises the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation: dark patches that can take months to fade, and are far harder to treat than to prevent. Especially true for medium and darker skin tones, but a real risk for everyone.
So what does your skin actually need after a holiday?
The priority is recovery, not pushing it before it’s ready.
✦ Skin boosters: hyaluronic acid and polynucleotides support hydration at a dermal level and work with your skin’s repair processes, not against them. Well-suited to the post-sun recovery window, once surface redness has settled.
✦ Soothing and calming facials: reduce inflammation, restore barrier function, give the skin back what it lost in the heat.
✦ Deep hydration and peptide facials: your skin returns dehydrated at a cellular level even if it doesn’t feel dry. Replenishing moisture at this stage makes a real difference to long-term recovery.
If you haven’t booked your post-holiday appointment yet, now’s the perfect time. Before you leave. While you’re thinking about your skin, while your diary is open, and while the good slots are still available.
DM me to book the treatment that will work the best for your skin.
Sixty minutes where nothing else matters. Your skin in my hands - that’s what I do.

Chemical vs. physical sunscreen: what actually matters for your skin
Here’s a sentence that’ll ruffle some feathers: mineral sunscreen doesn’t just “sit on top and reflect UV.” I’ve said that myself. It’s not quite right.
The truth: both chemical and mineral filters absorb UV rays and convert them into a small amount of heat. Zinc oxide and titanium dioxide only reflect 5 to 10% of the UV they block. The rest gets absorbed, same as a chemical filter. The real difference is comfort, not protection.
So which one is right for you?
Oily or acne-prone: formulation beats filter type. Go oil-free or gel texture in either category.
Dry: chemical filters sit in richer bases, so they feel better day to day.
Sensitive, rosacea, eczema: mineral is usually your safer first try.
Melasma or hyperpigmentation: tinted mineral wins here. Iron oxides block visible light too, and that’s a real melasma trigger untinted sunscreen misses entirely.
Deeper skin tones: chemical or tinted mineral avoids the grey-white cast plain zinc or titanium can leave.
And one myth to retire for good: chemical sunscreen does NOT need 15-20 minutes to “activate.” It’s working the second it’s on. That wait time is just for the formula to dry into a stable film, mineral or chemical.
Most sunscreens today mix both filter types anyway. So the real question isn’t “which camp are you in.” It’s what your skin needs.
Credit to Michelle Wong (Lab Muffin Beauty Science) for the research behind this: UV camera footage, published photostability data, and a habit of checking whether claims actually hold up.
Wear sunscreen either way. The best one is the one you’ll actually reapply. 🧴

You can still look like yourself, BUT BETTER. Skin boosters are the best solution for exactly that
What skin boosters actually do ⤵️
1. Hydrate deep in the dermis, where moisturisers can’t reach.
Your skin holds water at a level topical products don’t touch, so it stays plump and comfortable between facials, not just for a day after.
2. Smooth texture over a course of treatments.
Fine lines, rough patches, and dullness usually come from lost dermal density. Boosters rebuild it, and the surface gets visibly smoother.
3. Even out tone and bring back natural radiance.
A well-hydrated dermis reflects light differently. Clients see a glow they don’t need makeup for.
4. Slow visible ageing.
Boosters work cumulatively. A course plus maintenance keeps skin in better condition for longer.
5. Reset skin after sun, travel, hormonal shifts, or seasonal change.
These all take a toll. This is one of the ways I bring skin back to its baseline.
This works best as a course, not a one-off.
Book a consultation or DM and I’ll tell you how many sessions your skin needs and what to expect.
