Hi everyone, I’m Mia!
I’ve been passionate about fitness for over 5 years now. A few years ago, I struggled with my weight and didn’t feel comfortable in my own body. Life felt harder than it needed to be.
One day, I came across BodyWay and saw how it was changing the lives of so many women. I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did! Through their program, I lost 136 pounds.

Here are a few tips to help you on your weight loss journey! I lost 136 lbs thanks to these steps ⬇️⬇️
1.) Have a plan – set small, achievable goals so you don’t overwhelm yourself.
2.) Calorie deficit – essential for weight loss.
This is the best way to avoid feeling restricted. Make sure to include protein in every meal.
3.) Movement – find a workout you enjoy or just go for a walk. Set a step goal for yourself.
4.) 2–3 liters of water daily. I drink 4 liters throughout the day. Water helps reduce hunger, ease muscle aches, and can help boost metabolism!
5.) Sleep! 7–8 hours if possible.
Lack of sleep is linked to poorer food choices, increased hunger and calorie intake, decreased physical activity, and ultimately, weight gain.

Not a perfect path to get where I am today. But it was a journey. The journey that changed my life. Lost weight but GAINED in energy, confidence self empowerment, self love and so much more. My biggest obstacle was ME. Once I dedicated time and energy to myself, I was unstoppable. YOU can do it too!!!!
