While I know that in life, we have to expect the unexpected, I’m finding that I am getting an increase in last minute cancellations.

I have, for over 25 years always put my clients at the forefront of my business, and pride myself on being on time and very rarely having to make an amendment to your appointment…..I never cancel!

Please note that I have a strict cancellation policy of 24 hours notice prior to your appointment, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee is charged for the treatment booked.
