Hi there facebook friends. It's been a long time since I touch base with you. I was listening to Women Manchester City semi-final on thursday night. A football player Khadija Shaw, a Jamaican did not played to protect her mentality. She had been subjected to racist and misogynistic abuse.
Listening on Vensure fm it was the only station that commented about this incixent.
Racism is not going away, many of the fans are young people that grew up in a muti cultural society but they still learnt nothing.
I watch families with young families or couples attending matches giving people the impression we are all one.
Big up Khadija continue scoring and playing there are many of us behind you.

How are you all been since the lockdown?
I am not sure when I my business will start again due to the closeness I have to work with my clients.
It has been the strangest year and one fill with many emotions but we keep going and that's what I have been doing. I have experienced the lost of family and friends members.
However life has a way of allowing us to use the coping mechanism we possess within.
I hope you all find that inner strenght to protect and heal yourselves.

What a year this has been.
Covid 19 has taken some close and wonderful people we know or read about.
Black people pushing for every lives matter and we always demanding what we truely should have without apologies.
Business has stopped and I dont know when I will start massaging again sinec it's so close and personnal.
However I send good thoughts to all those who took the time to read this to stay calm and live your life the best you can.
