💔 EVERY CHILD MATTERS. EVERY CHILD DESERVES TO FEEL SAFE.

A child's world should be filled with love, protection, laughter, and hope—not fear, pain, and trauma.

Today, we stand for Joyce Nawal and for every child whose voice has been silenced. We refuse to look away. We refuse to stay silent.

Children are our future. Protecting them is not an option—it's our responsibility.

🕊️ Justice for Joyce. Justice for every child.

📢 Raise your voice. Share this message. Demand accountability.

🔥 “If Destiny Etiko truly cares so much about the future of children in Nigeria, why not use her platform to organize awareness campaigns or even initiate protests instead of criticizing others for celebrating Children’s Day?”

Social media is currently divided after Nollywood actress Destiny Etiko shared a video on her verified Instagram page condemning Regina Daniels for celebrating Children’s Day while reports of kidnapped and missing children continue to trouble parts of the country.

But Regina Daniels’ supporters are strongly defending her, saying celebrating children does not mean ignoring the pain and insecurity happening in Nigeria.

Many fans believe Destiny can sometimes sound discouraging, while Regina continues to spread joy, kindness and positivity to people around her.

Even when Regina could not be with her own children, she still chose to celebrate and support other children, something supporters describe as a sign of her caring and compassionate heart.

Fans also pointed out that the country has always faced challenges, yet people still celebrate important occasions because children deserve happiness despite difficult times.

Some online users questioned why Destiny Etiko, if she feels so passionate about the issue, has not used her massive platform to organize protests, support affected families, launch charity projects or lead campaigns demanding stronger action for missing and kidnapped children.

Others say criticizing celebrations without presenting solutions only spreads more negativity online.

Supporters of Regina Daniels are now calling her “Queen Regina,” praising her for bringing smiles to children and using her influence to spread hope and positivity.

Many believe Regina understands the pain of families whose children have been taken away and still chooses to stand for love, happiness and compassion.

👏🙌❤️😍♥️💖

💬 What do you think? Was Destiny Etiko right to criticize the celebration, or should celebrities focus more on creating solutions and awareness instead of condemning others?

🚨 “I carried this secret for nearly 50 years.”

A woman has been found guilty over the death of her five-year-old stepdaughter almost five decades after the child suffered fatal burns at a south London home.

67-year-old Janice Nix was convicted of manslaughter and child cruelty offences following a cold case investigation that reopened one of Britain’s most disturbing unsolved child deaths.

Andrea Bernard suffered severe burns in 1978 and later died in hospital. At the time, her death was ruled accidental.

But in 2022, Andrea’s brother, Desmond Bernard, finally walked into a police station and revealed allegations he says he had been forced to hide since childhood.

He told detectives Andrea had allegedly been forced into a scalding hot bath as punishment and described years of fear, violence and abuse inside the family home.

Despite missing records and nearly half a century passing, detectives rebuilt the case, uncovered inconsistencies in historic accounts and secured a conviction.

Police say the prosecution would never have happened without Desmond’s courage to finally speak out.

The case is now being seen as a powerful example of how modern cold case investigations; through forensic advances, witness testimony and persistent detective work are helping deliver justice decades later.

⚖️ Nearly five decades after Andrea’s death, justice was finally delivered.

Do you think advances in cold case investigations mean more historic crimes will eventually be solved?
