π£ GLAZED SALMON CURRY WITH RICE
Soy. Honey. Ginger. Air-fried to caramelised perfection β then served over rice in a fragrant Thai coconut curry sauce that'll make you forget takeout exists.
π FULL RECIPE:

GLAZE: Whisk together soy sauce, honey & grated fresh ginger. Coat your salmon fillets, rest 2β3 mins.

COOK: Air fryer at 200Β°C, skin-side down, 8 minutes. That glaze turns into pure gold. Don't touch it.

SAUCE: Toast Thai yellow curry paste in a dry pan 1β2 mins. Add coconut milk slowly, stir smooth. Season with fish sauce + sugar. Simmer 5β8 mins on low. Add lemongrass & makrut lime leaves if you have them β game changer.

VEG: Steam bok choy 3β4 mins. Still got a bite? Perfect.

PLATE: Rice β veg β salmon (glaze side UP) β curry sauce around the edges. Done. Serve hot.
