Our Community has been the motivation throughout this journey, together we have ignited a generation of hairdressers to recognise their true value, whilst inspiring a new sector of independent and co-working studios is testimony to how much we have made a positive collective impact.

The core principle of creating Hunter Collective came from the 2016 statistic that 56% of women did not return to the hairdressing industry after becoming a mother/aged 34.

Being able to identify as a Brand Neutral space was a principle that was unheard of in 2017. Lacey’s passion and determination in enabling our HC to not be exclusive to any brand has inspired our industry that innovation and collaboration has no boundaries 💪🏼

We are proud of the partnerships we have refined and the freedom we have empowered to our freelancers ✨

We’re over the moon to announce that 20% of our HC Members have taken the leap and opened their own space! 🌟
