Six people were charged this week in the federal investigation of fraud in Minnesota’s social services programs.

“Every day we look under a rock and find a new $50 million fraud scheme,” First Assistant U.S. Attorney Joe Thompson said, according to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune.

“The magnitude of the fraud in Minnesota cannot be overstated. Staggering amounts of money have been lost,” he said.

Fourteen programs have been under scrutiny, many involving the Somali immigrant community in the state.

The amount of fraud that has taken place is “the $18-billion question,” Thompson said. “The answer is far too much.”

Thompson said that since 2018, he estimated “half or more” of the $18 billion was paid out due to fraud, according to KTSP-TV.

Thompson announced indictments against what he called “fraud tourists.”

Anthony Waddell Jefferson, 37, and Lester Brown, 53, both of Philadelphia, were charged with raking in $3.5 million from the housing program through the use of fake companies.

Three other people were charged with fraud linked to the housing program.

One of them, Kaamil Omar Sallah, 26, is charged with four counts of wire fraud.

According to state records, his company, SafeLodgings, Inc., allegedly inflated its billing hours and filed claims for services that were not provided.

SafeLodgings, Inc., claimed workers provided housing services to multiple people in the same time frame.

Sallah allegedly billed Medicaid for 3,600 hours in 2024, which would amount to about 10 hours of work every day of the year.

SafeLodgings received $1.3 million from March 2023 through August 2025.

Abdinajib Hassan Yussuf, 27, was charged with fraud in connection with the Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention program.

Yussuf allegedly recruited families from the Somali community to enroll in Star Autism Center, paid kickbacks to the families whose children were falsely listed as autistic, and raked in more than $6 million.

⚡If these days feel more intense than you expected, you are not imagining it, and you are not alone. This Solstice is not subtle. It is exposing where we truly stand, not where we hoped to be.

The Winter Solstice on December 21 arrives tightly bound to the New Moon at 29° Sagittarius on December 20. This degree carries a clear theme of completion, truth, and the point of no return. Something ends here so that something real can begin. 🌑

This New Moon squares both Saturn and Neptune, now direct and moving toward their exact conjunction at 0° Aries on February 20, 2026. That alone tells us where we are in the larger story.

We are standing at the edge of a cycle that will fully ignite in early 2026, when new realities stop being ideas and start becoming lived structures. To cross that threshold with strength, the old has to loosen its grip. What no longer fits must be released, not symbolically, but in real ways.

Many expected this New Moon to feel lighter or more inspiring. Instead, it has felt heavy, disorienting, even breaking. This Solstice portal has been stripping away illusions with very little softness. People are feeling fragmented, tired, emotionally raw, or unsure of who they are becoming, because, in a 5D shift, coherence is often born through a phase of collapse.

Something false has to fall apart before something true can take root. What you are feeling is refinement, not regression.
And if something intense surfaces now — a mental pattern, a relationship dynamic, an old reaction, a familiar inner loop — it is a rare gift. It shows you exactly what is ready to be left behind.

⚡The intensity makes more sense when you follow the astrological flow of December.

The Sun square Neptune has been active since mid-month and peaked right at the Solstice, December 20–21. This aspect dissolves fog, but not gently. It exposes where we relied on hope, faith, or vision without fully living it. Sensitivity rises, confusion clears, and honesty becomes unavoidable.

At the same time, Venus squared Saturn, exact on December 21. That aspect brings reality checks in relationships, values, money, and self-worth, showing what can actually endure and what cannot.
As Venus moves on, it enters a square with Neptune, exact on December 24.
That opens a softer but trickier field of idealism and projection, especially in connections and desires. This is where boundaries matter. Without them, it is easy to drift back into illusion.

All of this creates a narrow, potent corridor. 🌒
The New Moon sits at its center, not asking for action, but for meaning. Not asking you to push forward, but to get honest about what your soul is really trying to live.

❗The important part is this: the Winter Solstice manifestation window remains strong on the 22nd, 23rd, and 24th. So if you have not yet been working with it, you still have these days to do so.

But remember, this portal does not respond to wishes, lists, or visualizations made from a disconnected state. It asks for a reality check and real honesty with yourself, and it responds to coherence — to how you actually live, choose, and hold yourself.

These days remain very active for anchoring intentions into form, not through force, but through alignment.
Quiet, grounded decisions matter more now than big declarations. Small embodied choices — what you stop tolerating, what you commit to, how you care for your energy, where you tell the truth — shape reality faster than grand intentions.
What takes root in coherence here tends to stabilize quickly and last.

Hold the mantra gently, without force:

This Solstice is not only an ending, it is the start of a new chapter. As light slowly returns in the outer world, the same shift is happening inside you. Something heavy is loosening its grip. Old density, old illusions, old reflexes from the 3D era are beginning to fall away.

But this shift does not happen on its own. 🌍Earth remains a zone of Free Will, and without a conscious choice, old patterns can keep repeating, pulling you back into reaction instead of creation. That is why clarity and ownership matter now.

Name what you are choosing. Say it simply and honestly, without apology or force. Let it come from a steady, coherent place, not from fear or urgency. This is how the New Time becomes real, not as an idea, but as a lived state.
The world is already adjusting to those who are willing to stand in their truth, and you are part of that shift.
