Sungazing: Is an ancient alternative practice of staring directly at the sun during sunrise or sunset. While proponents claim it boots energy, cures diseases, and sharpens vision, medical experts strongly warn against it due to severe, permanent risks of eye damage.
Sadhana: A disciplined, daily spiritual or yogic practice- aligns body, breath, and mind to foster profound personal growth. It offers three core pillars of benefit: mental clarity, emotional resilience, and physical vitality.
The techniques of Kundalini yoga: have been used over centuries to extract from the inner self of a human. It gives you the ability to understand who you are and what are you capable of doing. Kriyas are a set of exercises that address the demand of modern society. Exercises include asanas (postures) , mantras (chanting), pranayamas (breathing exercises) and meditations to create a specific effect. This set of exercises are full of information and stimuli, allowing you to achieve balance between work and home, manage stress effectively, maximize your creative capacity and understanding. Perhaps you will grasp where it is you are heading as an individual a little clearer. The practice helps you to purify and improve the functioning of your body: organs, glands, nervous system and a positive relationship with yourself. It also helps you define priorities in your life through the meditation and mindfulness techniques.
