News just in.
Running is good for your bones....it's just a shame it doesn't reduce the post run muscle soreness, but I guess that's what we're here for.
Great news all round.
Apart From Fitness, Running Also Gives You Stronger Bones According To New Research While we need to exercise to maintain health, those at risk of weaker bones need to take up running.
