Rebalance Within

As a busy therapist, I spend my days looking after other people, helping them release tension, slow down, and reconnect with their bodies. But to do that well, I need to take care of my own body too.

Receiving regular treatments helps me stay physically well, manage the demands of my work, and ensure I can show up fully for the people who trust me with their care.

By maintaining my own wellbeing I ensure that my clients get the very best of me.

I wanted to share an update regarding my practice.

After a lot of thought, I’ve made the decision to work with female clients only, and I won’t be taking on any new male clients going forward.

This has been a considered choice based on the environment I want to create within my treatment space. My work is often very personal, whether that’s through massage or emotional support, and I’ve found I can hold that space most authentically and comfortably when working with women.

It also allows me to better focus on the specific needs I see regularly, including hormonal health, lymphatic support, body confidence, and overall wellbeing from a female perspective.

I want to reassure existing clients that this doesn’t affect any current bookings.
