We can't treat anyone who has a cochlear implant, pace maker, keloid scarring, haemophilia or anyone under 18.
If you take any medication we may need a doctor's permission to treat you.

✨️How many treatments will I need, and how long does each take?

Often, you will see improvement after just one session for many smaller blemishes. More persistent or larger lesions may require multiple sessions spaced out over time. The length of each session depends on how many blemishes you want treated and how extensive they are- we offer sessions from 15 mins to 30 mins. A consultation is required before treatment.

✨️What does it feel like / is it painful?

Many clients report a slight prick, heat or tingling. Because the probe is very fine and precise, discomfort is usually mild and brief.

✨️What is the aftercare? What happens to the skin afterwards?

After treatment you may see redness, slight swelling, possibly some crusting or scabbing (especially for larger or deeper lesions).

The treated area should be kept clean, avoid harsh products / exfoliants immediately after.

Sun protection is key—UV exposure can cause pigmentation or affect healing.

✨️Will the blemish come back?

The treated lesion should not return in the same spot once properly treated. However, it is possible for new blemishes to appear elsewhere depending on factors like genetics, sun exposure, skin care, hormonal changes.

✨️How to prepare for treatment

Avoid strong sun exposure / tanning in the days/weeks before treatment

Avoid using strong active skincare ingredients (e.g. harsh exfoliants, retinoids) in the treated area for 6 weeks before treatment

Avoid beauty/aesthetic treatments in the area that renew the skin for example skin peels, microdermabrasion ect.
