Very often, my dialogues with techs is like this:
• I ask why you do not increase your price?
Answer: «Because the customers will leave!»
• Why do you work late?
«Because it’s more suitable for clients «
• What are you doing to promote?
«Nothing, recommendations from clients work best for me. Rarely, but people come» And so with everything!!
Whatever you ask, the customers are to blame.
THEY DON’T VALUE YOUR WORK
THEY do not know what your cost is and that you have nothing left of the price of the service
THEY do not respect your boundaries, make you work on an uncomfortable schedule, and you do not go on vacation
Only one problem remains... It all starts with YOU You do not value your work and work at low prices - they do the same
It is you who do not respect your boundaries and agree to do what you do not like, do not learn to attract new clients and not depend on word of mouth and do not set clear rules in your office.
You, not them.
And only you can solve this problem.
Let’s change your life for the better right now:
