We understand that life can be busy and plans may change from time to time.
To allow us to manage our diary and offer appointments to other clients, we kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge. This also applies if an appointment is moved to another day, as short-notice slots are difficult to refill.

A 50% charge will also apply to no-show appointments. If this charge is not settled, a non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure any future appointments.
