Hair Health Yogurt & Oat Bowl 🫐🍌🥜
Ingredients
• ¾ cup Greek yogurt
• ½ cup oats
• ½ cup blueberries
• ½ banana, sliced
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• 1 tsp agave syrup
• Splash of almond milk to loosen if needed
• Optional: scoop of vanilla protein powder
• Optional toppings: coconut flakes, extra blueberries, drizzle of peanut butter
Method
Mix the oats, Greek yogurt and almond milk together until creamy.
Stir in the chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, peanut butter and agave syrup.
Top with blueberries, sliced banana and any extra toppings you like.
Eat straight away or leave overnight for a thicker overnight oats texture.
