A new year & A wonderful opportunity to revisit our salon policy’s. Thankfully our systems take prepayment on booking and the remaining balance is collected on appointment day. Many clients love this feature as it allows them to budget for larger appointments such as a colour. Should you need to reschedule or cancel as life doesn’t always go to plans 48 hrs notice is required and your money will be refunded back to your card. We don’t double book , squeeze people in or rush your appointment time. This is time booked for you by you!
