It's been a while! Ive had to take an extended break due to some back to back injuries that left me unable to perform reiki. Being forced to take some time out made me realise my mind needed a little break too - coincidence? For me, when I ignore the subtle signs, my body finds a way to make me pay attention!

So I've taken some time out to rest, recharge the batteries, do some of work on myself and now I'm ready to get back to what I love.

You'll still find me in Maghera with the amazing who has been a massive support (everyone needs a Deborah in their life 😇)

If you're in need of some time out and a recharge yourself then reiki is a lovely way to take some time out for yourself and let the world drift away for a while ❤️

Just an update if you haven't seen my stories - with the wonderful Sarah relocating and embarking on exciting new beginnings 👶 I have relocated to the metropolis of Maghera. You can now find me with the amazing at Gibson Hair. I'm really excited to see some old and new faces in my new space.

- I'll also be adding in some new treatments throughout the year
