❤️ As we draw ever closer to seeing out the old year and bringing in the New, I look back as I close the front door of the salon this evening, thinking of all the hairs I’ve cut and styled over the years.

❤️ This year being my 40th year working as a hairdresser in Draperstown. I started with Dolores way back in ‘85 on a Saturday and working every holiday days I could. In the hope that I would get a place at the tech in ‘86.

❤️ I would like to take this opportunity to say a very heartfelt thank you to all our clients for their constant custom and support. I’ve watched your lives change from baby’s being born to their christenings, communions, confirmations, formals, graduations, and weddings……grand children great grandchildren! Wow!
I now watch my generation look after our parents and the children of my earliest clients look after their parents.
A world of time and people have walked through my doors and Encyclopedia of worldly words of wisdom and advice has been passed on. 

❤️ For all those we have lost…the Parents, Children, Sisters, Brothers, Aunts,Uncles Grandparents and best friends and to all those clients who once sat in our chairs we will never forget you ❤️
You are all in our hearts always.

In the salon we have all helped each other through these times. I for one can vouch for that! You have been my strength in times of weakness and I hope that in some way we have helped you to become a little stronger in your search for strength❤️ 🙏🏻
