I’m a Reiki Master/Teacher and am really looking forward to a beautiful day teaching Reiki Level I on Saturday, 28th March, at my home. I am based in Maidstone, Kent.

💫 Reiki I is all about self-healing 💫

Do you feel stressed and/or anxious and wish to feel more emotionally balanced?

Or would you like learn this wonderful modality that can help other people to feel better?

Learn how to use Reiki energy healing on yourself to feel calmer and more able to cope in today’s world.

It will be a lovely relaxed day and you will learn through group training how to heal yourself.

The day will commence at 10.30am and finish at 4.30pm.

We will start with introducing ourselves and then go into a blissful meditation, to allow us to calm the mind and set intentions for the day.

You will be provided with a comprehensive manual that we will work through together as a group.

Towards the latter part of the afternoon, you will be initiated to Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho Natural Healing and we will learn the hand movements together, for you to be able to experience your first Reiki self-healing.

✨ At the end of the day, I will present you with a certificate in Reiki I. ✨

The cost for Reiki I training is £150 payable by bank transfer at the point of booking.

Reiki I - Self-healing - energy healing

💫 I currently have 2 remaining spaces for my next Reiki I training, which will take place on Saturday, 14th February.

Reiki I is for self-healing, it could also be the start of a new journey to becoming a Reiki II practitioner, if you so wished.

In this noisy world we sometimes need a moment just to stop and BE. Reiki I gives you the tools to be able to breathe and let go of those things that no longer serve you.

My experience was very cathartic, it allowed me to release and let go of things that caused me to feel stuck. I gave myself Reiki every day and gradually the anxiety that I felt left me and I wanted to share this experience with others.

Thank you for your feedback, I’m so grateful to be able to help my clients out of chronic/persistent pain using The Jing Method, which is an outcome based treatment using a fusion of eastern and western techniques, including advanced Myofascial release, the use of hot stones, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, acupressure and stretching. I am an Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist and also a Reiki Master Teacher.

The Jing Method is effective with most types of chronic musculoskeletal pain including;

✅ Back pain
✅ Sciatica
✅ Neck pain
✅ Whiplash
✅ Migraines
✅ Frozen shoulder
✅ Sports injuries
✅ Knee pain
✅ Ligament and tendon issues
✅ Temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ).

✅ As well as systemic conditions like fibromyalgia, myofascial pain syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis and plantar fasciitis. I am also able to work with pregnant women and the associated musculoskeletal pain that can come with pregnancy.

I work with my clients over a period of 6 weeks, providing aftercare advice in the form of stretching and sometimes mindfulness/meditation to carry out in between sessions, particularly where stress plays a factor in their lives. Generally, by the 3rd/4th session (sometimes sooner) clients start to turn a corner and notice a significant reduction in their pain levels and an increase in their range of motion. Once they are out of pain, we go onto a maintenance schedule, that could be once every 2, 3 or 4 weeks.
