What a massive disappointment!
Your customer care is awful and you haven’t helped me at all!

I’m a mother of 3 young children without a car for potentially 3+ months because of a part that takes 1 hour to FIT!!!

Has been waiting for parts -

Since 11th of January!!!

Parts delayed again to 31s January!

Then again delayed to 6th FEBRUARY!

Now delayed today till MARCH!

This is unacceptable with No help what so ever!!!

Parts coming from Germany 🇩🇪 I have no idea if In march they will move the date back again!!!!
