✨ What does a visit to Maidstone Nutrition actually feel like? ✨
Relaxing.
That’s the word our members use time and time again.
From the moment you walk through the door and sign in, there’s no pressure and no awkwardness. The radio is usually playing in the background (and if you don’t like the station, just say — we’ll happily change it!).
People are sat chatting, folders open, catching up.
“How have you been?”“How’s your week gone?”“What’s worked well?”
It’s calm. It’s welcoming. It’s a safe space.
Some members make their drinks ready for after weigh-in. Some sit and chat. Some pop in quickly because life is busy. Others stay longer because they enjoy the community and support.
Then it’s weigh time.
You can do this yourself or I’ll help — entirely your choice and whatever feels comfortable.
And then… we celebrate.
Loss? Amazing — we celebrate with you.Maintain? Brilliant — especially if life has been busy or you’ve been enjoying yourself.Small gain? No judgement. Ever.
We chat. We look at possible reasons — maybe it’s water retention, maybe poor sleep, maybe hormones, maybe stress… and sometimes there isn’t even a reason at all. Because one weigh-in is just one moment in one day. It doesn’t define you. It doesn’t decide your journey.
We’ll have a look through your food diary, make sure you’re eating enough protein, drinking enough water, and help keep you moving towards your goals. And after that? YOU decide. Stay and chat. Pick up ideas. Share wins. Ask questions. Or off you pop and get on with your day.
Your time in club lasts exactly as long as you want it to — because we know life has to fit around work, family and everything else.
We’re open from 6:30–10:30 every day except Sunday, so there’s usually a time that fits.
And right now, we’ve got space for some new members 🧡
If you’d like a wellness appointment, send me a message.

Before and during any journey — whether that’s weight loss, self-development, or simply becoming a healthier, happier version of yourself — people often say you’re the last person to notice the changes. And that could not be more true for Kerys.
Every time she walks into club and someone hasn’t seen her for a while, the reaction is always the same…“Oh my God…”“Look at you…”“You look amazing…”
Yet she still says: “I can’t see it myself.”
That’s exactly why progress photos matter so much sometimes — because they can show you what your mind hasn’t quite caught up with yet.
I’m really hoping these photos help Kerys see just how far she has come in just 10 weeks. Yes… 10 weeks.
In that time she has:✨ Lost 1 stone 8¼lb✨ Lost an incredible 83cm overall✨ Reduced her body fat by 4.2%✨ Increased her hydration by another 2% in just the last 3 weeks✨ Reduced visceral fat to level 8 — now sitting in a healthy range
And perhaps what I’m most proud of… she hasn’t stopped living. She’s young. She still goes out. She still attends parties. She still enjoys life. But she’s made choices — good choices — and she’s realised she doesn’t have to miss out to make progress.
Her whole mindset has shifted. She’s enjoying the journey. And now she’s reaching for clothes… only to realise they’re too big.
That feeling never gets old.
Kerys, you have been accountable, consistent and determined throughout, and it shows in every single measure — but more importantly, in the confidence and habits you’re building.
You’ve already set yourself a new target for your next review in three weeks… although I wouldn’t be surprised if you smash it before then.
I am incredibly proud to be part of your journey.
Keep going — because this is only the beginning 🧡

Remember the importance of hydration in this weather; especially electrolytes.
I LOVE these and calorie free - win, win 🙌

So incredibly proud of all Kerys has achieved in her short time with us.
She has been accountable throughout and, quite honestly, is a completely different person to the one who first walked through the door.
The only way I can describe it is like watching a rosebud slowly open and become an even more beautiful flower.
Not only has she achieved amazing results, but she has grown in confidence, belief and strength too — and that is worth celebrating just as much.
An amazing achievement, Kerys. You should be incredibly proud of yourself 🌹✨

Good morning all ☔️
Well… the weather’s definitely deciding to be a little bit miserable and damp out there this morning!
I’m a little bit behind with my posting, so I thought we’d have a bit of a catch-up…
Obviously Saturday saw us heading off for the MoonWalk, but before we get onto that, I’ve still got some amazing achievements from club over the last week to share — and Saturday was absolutely no different 🧡 So keep an eye out because those posts are coming!
But… the MoonWalk is DONE 💖
Amanda and I completed it! Although unfortunately I picked up a ligament injury around 4 miles in, there was absolutely no way I was giving up. With Amanda’s support all the way round, we crossed that finish line together and collected our medals 🏅
I’m going to have to take a little bit of time out now to recover properly, but club is still running thanks to my amazing members who have completely stepped up. I honestly cannot thank them enough ❤️
Looking back, the MoonWalk was something I’ll never forget — not because of the injury, but because of the atmosphere, the energy, and the people.
One thing that really stood out to me was seeing so many men taking part. It was absolutely fantastic and such an important reminder that breast cancer doesn’t just affect women. Sometimes we forget that. Maybe there’s still stigma around men speaking up about health concerns — I don’t know — but it really hit home that men go through things too and deserve to feel seen, supported and encouraged to talk.
I feel really lucky because we’ve got men in our club who are open and honest about how they’re feeling, and I think that’s such a positive thing.
So if there are any men out there who are worried about their weight, feeling stuck, wanting support, and you’re local to Maidstone — or you’d prefer to do things online — please reach out. You’ll be very welcome either way 💙
I’ll keep you posted on club while I’m recovering.
Take care everyone and speak soon 🫶

In complete and utter awe. Absolutely speechless.
I was beyond astounded when Donna hit her 7 stone milestone… but here we are again — smashing straight through 7½ stone lost.
No shortcuts. No magic wand. Just consistency, accountability, determination and focus day after day.
What can I say? This woman is truly incredible 🤩
