This time last year 2022 I was considering becoming a personal trainer, this year 2023 I have completed Level 2 Fitness instructor and Level 3 Personal training. With this knowledge I have gained i will help you reach your fitness goals, or help you start right from the beginning and find your fitness goals.
If you’re not happy with something, you’re the only one that can control that and make a change 💪🏼

6:30pm Lower body blast

Saturday- 45 minutes
8:30am Circuit

£7 pay as you go
£48 block booking (8 weeks)
