Put the roses back

I have some great news, that a client of mine has allowed me to share with you all. She has PCOS (Polycystic o***y syndrome) and after some Reproductive Reflexology treatments with me, she is now having regular periods for the first time ever! I am so happy for her and grateful that she put her trust in me and the process.

Welcome to my new home at Optimised Personal Wellness in Deansgate, where I am a practitioner at their wellness clinic. My clinic days are currently Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Some very exciting news! I am now offering reflexology treatments aimed at supporting and assisting my wonderful perimenopausal, menopausal and postmenopausal clients even more with the challenges and changes that they face.
