Delighted to welcome two of our most dedicated patients to House of Glo 😉⚽

It turns out the secret behind peak athletic performance isn't just training...Jude and Erling have been quietly investing in the same regenerative treatments that have their roots in elite sport and soft tissue repair, and I couldn't be prouder to be their clinic of choice!

PRP has long been used in professional sport to accelerate tissue repair and recovery. Polynucleotides support cellular regeneration at a level most aesthetic treatments don't come close to. And our near-infrared and red light therapy bed, coming very soon, takes that recovery and regenerative potential even further 🙌

The science that keeps elite athletes performing at the highest level is the same science we're bringing to our patients at House of Glo 🩷

You cannot reverse years of sun damage in one session. Most people know that already, but the aesthetics industry is not always great at explaining why, or what actually works instead ☀️

Pigmentation sits deep, the cells driving it stay active long after one treatment, and the skin needs time to genuinely rebuild and reorganise itself. What actually moves the needle is a properly sequenced plan, built around what your skin analysis shows and backed up by daily SPF and the right home routine in between clinic visits.

The results at six months look completely different to six weeks. And twelve months in is often when things get really exciting.

If sun damage has been on your mind, let's have a proper conversation about it. Book via the link in my bio or send me a message directly ✨🔗

Vaginal dryness is an issue that so many women quietly put up with for years, usually because nobody has ever told them there are real solutions beyond lubricant. 🩷

It is driven by a decline in oestrogen, which means the tissue itself changes, and surface-level fixes simply cannot reach that. What actually works is restoring the tissue from within, through treatments like radiofrequency and PRP that rebuild collagen and improve hydration at a structural level.

If this is something you have been Googling and don't quite know what to do about, come and have a proper conversation. Send me a message or book a consultation via the link in my bio ✨🔗

No aesthetic treatment is without risk 🙅🏼‍♀️

This is something I talk about in every single consultation because informed consent is a fundamental part of ethical practice. Understanding what could happen, how likely it is, and what would be done about it if it did, that’s the conversation that has to happen before any treatment takes place.

The job isn’t to make risks sound smaller than they are, to make a booking more likely. It’s to make sure the benefits genuinely outweigh the risks for each individual patient, and that if something does happen, the right support and care are available 💜

Forehead lines are one of those things people often think they just have to live with, especially once makeup starts settling into them or the skin stops looking as smooth and reflective as it used to.

Here, we’ve improved the quality of the skin itself while softly treating the deeper static lines that had started to sit in the skin even at rest.

This result was achieved using a combination of fine line filler and PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma). The filler was used very carefully to soften the etched in lines, while PRP helped improve skin texture, hydration and overall skin quality by stimulating repair and regeneration within the tissue.

That combination matters because forehead ageing is rarely just about movement alone. Over time, collagen reduces, skin becomes thinner, and lines can start to “set” into the skin. Treating the muscle without supporting the skin often only gets you so far.

The end result is smoother, fresher and healthier looking skin that still looks completely natural and expressive ✨

If your forehead lines are starting to bother you and you want a softer, more natural approach to rejuvenation, send me a message or book a consultation and we’ll talk through what’s right for your skin 💌

In the UK, there is no legal requirement for the person injecting your face to have a medical qualification, a clinical background, or any meaningful training in facial anatomy. Almost anyone can legally administer injectable treatments, and most people have absolutely no idea that is the case.

Beyond regulation, the culture that built up around filler through the 2010s did real damage to real faces, and correcting that is now one of the most common conversations I have in clinic. And results from the best treatments available take months, not days, which is rarely what gets communicated upfront.

These are the three things I think the aesthetics industry needs to be far more honest about. Understanding them before you book anything, with anyone, matters 👉🏽

One of the most common questions we get about the BioNovu mask is how to actually use it, so here’s a straightforward rundown 👇🏼

Each mask comes with its own power pack, which needs a few hours of charge before your first session. Once that’s done, it’s genuinely more intuitive than most people expect. There are dedicated modes for different goals, and a guide included in the box that explains exactly which one to use and why, so you’re never left guessing.

Post in-clinic treatment and want to calm and regenerate the skin? The calming mode, which combines red and near-infrared light, is your go-to. Looking for a broader overall boost to skin quality? The skin booster mode delivers a blend of blue, red, and near-infrared together.

The full range of modes covers anti-ageing, calming, rejuvenation, morning skincare, blemish-prone skin, and skin boosting, and the guide takes the overthinking out of it completely.

Consistent use between clinic appointments is where the real difference builds, and the results from pairing it with your in-clinic treatments are significantly better than either alone.

If you’d like to get your hands on one, DM ‘LED’ to learn more head to the link in my bio or come and speak to me in clinic 💌

After years in clinic, my approach to aesthetics has always been a little different to what most people expect when they first come to see me.

I care more about your skin in ten years than I do about giving you something to show off next week. I will always tell you what I actually think, even when that is not what you came in hoping to hear. And some of my most non-negotiable pieces of advice cost almost nothing to implement 💜
