Another tip: clients don’t ask Qs like “can you help my hyperhidrosis”

They ask “how can I stop my hands sweating so much” & they talk about the problem they have - i.e. an embarrassing wet handshake / underarm sweat patch situation

Clinical jargon is what you’re used to, but clients don’t think that way. They have a real problem that they want a clear solution to (they’re not here for a medical lesson)

If you’re an injector, you’re probably offering a treatment that can really help your clients problem, but you need to actually tell them about it!
