Yes in clinic treatments are incredible at fading and clearing acne scarring + pigmentation, but we also need to do the work at home🤍
1. Get yourself a great retinoid or exfoliant. My fave retinal at the minute is and my favourite exfoliating pads are from
2. Invest in a high quality LED Mask. I use the everyday
3. Wear your SPF everyday! My favourites are from and
4. Try adding foods rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin A and Omega 3’s into your diet

Flawless makeup just doesn’t work without a hydrated base💧
Before I’m applying makeup I’ll make sure to be using hydrating serums, some under eye patches, a gorgeous moisturiser and an spf if it’s during the day.
Here are some of my fave skin bits before makeup⬇️

Let’s normalise not being afraid of the sun!!
Yes we need to protect our skin in the sun, yes we need to be sensible when in strong sun but we definitely don’t need to be afraid of it. Forgetting to apply your spf for a day or two won’t cause skin cancer or massively age you.
I definitely think there has to he a balance. Living in fear of the sun + obsessing over every bit of exposure is not healthy. We all know stress is one of the biggest triggers for acne and inflammation in the skin.
Take this as your sign to stay protected in the sun whilst enjoying yourself in it as much as possible🤍✨

Just 2 skin treatments and a tailored skin routine of course😍🥺
Sylvie has literally listened and put into practice every bit of my advice from me so far and it shows! We stripped her skin routine right back as the barrier was compromised. This allowed the skin barrier to heal by focusing on hydration and protection, rather than exfoliation + harsh acids everyday.
