The Royal Exchange Theatre to celebrate a special lady’s Birthday!

01/07/2026

We are exceptionally lucky that existing clients and other clinics from all over the country are recommending my clinic to others.

I am very grateful and I do recommend other clinics myself if someone contacts me and I know I am too far away for them to travel to me, or if I don’t offer a service that they may need. 🙏🏼🥰

This lady initially contacted me and we had our consultation over on WhatsApp in September 2024 because she lives a few hours drive away from me.
She has consistently taken my guidance and advice, yet she is very knowledgeable about skin treatments and the latest technology and techniques herself.
We have lovely conversations as she does have the most interesting job and busy life!. she is in with me for a couple of relaxing hours, as with many of our bespoke treatments, we never rush anything.

Appointments are given a fully personal approach and are spaced out to give you the best treatments and my full attention, to each combination of treatments.

💛 We are not just offering advanced skin treatments.

💛 We are not just offering advanced Aesthetic treatments.

💛 we are not just giving confidence and eyebrows back to people who have lost their own, due to health issues or cancer treatment.

💛 We are not just offering Body treatments.

💛 We are not just offering Exercise, Diet or Longevity and Lifestyle advice.

We give full support and guidance in a totally holistic approach, treating the skin and body as a whole, making many friendships along the way.

😌 Our treatments usually combine the Advanced Aesthetic side of treatments, alongside the relaxing masks and light therapy where you can have a little snooze away from the outside world’s noise 😴

If you would like advice consultation, some advice on which treatments would suit your skin, please contact one of our pages, we look forward to meeting you 😊

I have been using Far-Infrared light therapy since I trained in Body Therapy 38 years ago, I researched the benefits and I have incorporated them into all of my skin and body treatments to get better results.
Here’s why👇🏽

🏮Far infrared light therapy utilises invisible waves of light to gently yet deeply warm the body.

🏮 The rays absorb deeply into the cells and can even pe*****te bone to repair joint damage.
🏮 Cells respond as it warms the core body temperature.
🏮 The main reason I use this therapy within my skin treatments is to speed up the recovery time especially post Microneedling and Mesotherapy. The increased blood flow helps to heal the micro skin wounds, so that your healing is started straight after treatment.
🔆 The light also induces relaxation, improves mood and lowers stress, it’s a perfect addition to our healing mask and compressions.
🔆 Flooding the skin and body with healing rays which are comparative to the sun but without the damage!.

‼️This is not the same as an LED light, which works on the surface on the skin.
The usage is different and risks can be involved, so use a professionally trained therapist.

Exactly how we feel when we give you strict aftercare advice! 😆😂
It’s not always what you want to hear however it is essential for your safety and treatment outcomes.

🤣 POV: Me after spending 20 minutes explaining your aftercare, sending it by text, highlighting the important bits… and then seeing your message 24 hours later asking if you can go in a hot tub.

Please. Just. Follow. The. Aftercare.
Your results will thank you later. ✨

Our bespoke Mesotherapy eye treatment involves injecting microdoses of a hydrating hyaluronic acid base, containing:
✨ Polynucleotides, PDRN from salmon DNA for tissue repairing.
✨ Peptides for natural muscle relaxing and tissue regenerating.
✨ Vitamin C in a gentle form to lighten and brighten dark circles.

The delicate tissue surrounding the eye is much thinner than the other areas on the face.
🚩 We should never drag or rub when dissolving makeup or applying products.
I would always wipe inwards beneath the eye and outwards on the upper eyelids.
It is a fine detail I learnt many years ago in my initial training and that I still use today.

💉 Mesotherapy is an effective way to introduce a product by way of either a fine 4mm needle or a needle less needle.
This can hydrate and treat the skin, giving support to the eye area.
Small blebs of product are released a few millimetres into the skin and they disperse over 24-48 hours.

What can you expect?

🌟 Improved blood circulation: Increased blood flow to the treated area delivers nutrients and oxygen to cells, promoting regeneration and repair.
🌟 Stimulated cell activity: The injected concentrates stimulate cellular activity and promote the production of collagen and elastin, proteins that provide skin structure and elasticity.
🌟 Direct delivery: Delivering the ingredients directly into the skin, ensures more product absorption.
🫩 Whether you have dark pigmentation, thinning skin, lack of firmness, or you just want to appear like you have had a full nights sleep! 🫩
✨ We can help you achieve a smoother, lifted, brighter eye area, leaving you looking more rested.

A recent case highlighting why experience, anatomy knowledge, and patient safety should always come first.

This client came to me after having filler placed by two previous injectors.
Due to her concerns about the appearance, the fact that the nose had previously undergone surgery, the safest approach was to dissolve the existing filler rather than add more.

A surgically altered nose presents unique challenges.
Scar tissue
Altered blood supply
Changes to the anatomy
All of which can significantly increase the risk of vascular complications when filler is injected.
In some cases, this can lead to tissue damage, skin necrosis, or even vision-threatening complications.

Dissolving unsuitable filler can often be the first and most important step in restoring both safety and aesthetic outcomes.

Always choose an injector who understands facial anatomy, recognises high-risk areas, and knows when not to inject.

Safety will always be more important than adding more product.

Lately, I’ve had an influx of new clients, during consultations I always ask:

“Have you had any skin or aesthetic treatments before?”

So often the reply is:

“Yes I’ve had Botox before but it didn’t work☹️”

Or they’ve had other treatments that haven’t really addressed the problem they wanted to solve 😟

The reason for this is that skin concerns are rarely just a surface issue.
To achieve real lasting results, in my experience it is better to treat the problem on the various levels of the skin, using targeted treatments and professional products specifically designed for that concern.

My approach is to improve the skin itself and support the underlying tissue first. When we strengthen the foundations, the results are far more natural, effective, and long lasting.

Anti-wrinkle treatments are often the icing on the cake for me, not my first go to treatment. Once we’ve addressed the health and quality of the skin and the underlying structures, treatments such as Botox can complement the results beautifully.

Every face is different, every concern is different, and that’s why a personalised treatment plan will always achieve more than a one size fits all approach.

✨ Treat the cause, not just the symptom.
✨ Healthy skin first, aesthetics second.
✨ Results that work with your skin, not against it.
