I used to think I had to choose……

There are days when I finish the school run, fit in a Pilates class, see my clients, answer messages, sort tea, get the boys to bed and think…

“How on earth did I fit all that into one day?”

And there are other days when I feel like I’ve achieved absolutely nothing.

Running a business while raising children is beautiful, but it’s also mentally exhausting at times.

You’re constantly switching roles.

Mum.
Business owner.
Partner.
Friend.

And sometimes you forget to be yourself.

But I’ve learned that building a successful business isn’t about doing more.

It’s about creating a life that feels good whilst you’re doing it.

For me, that’s having time with my boys, helping women feel confident in their skin, and building a business that fits around my family rather than taking me away from them.

It’s not perfect.

Some days are chaos.

But I’m proud of what I’m building.
