Another week of catch ups and colour 🌼a hint of spring is definitely helping you choose your designs!

Good afternoon ladies 💜

I've had to make the difficult decision to increase my prices. It's been a year since I last did this and I've avoided it as long as I could.

Acrylics will stay the same price, as will a plain set of builder gel, or 1 gel colour.

The designs or hand painted art will start at £3 extra per set, depending on the complexity.

I will also allow more appointment time as I'm aware I keep running late as you lovely lot keep me on my toes with new designs!

Ive tried to keep the increase low so it does not put you off your leopard prints, French, foils, watercolours, marbles, abstract, glitters, stamps, cats eye etc!!

Some recent January nails... oh and I also got a few too many new gels, oops!!!!
Beautiful new nudes, browns and couple of brights thrown in! 😍

I know acrylic gets a bad reputation but I wanted to show you a recent soak off I did.
This client had very long almond acrylics and needed removal for a medical appointment.

Once I safely removed the bulk with the E-File I soaked the remaining with acetone, and gently finished removal followed by cuticle work.
First photos are of this.

The last photos are her nails reshaped and a thin layer of clear builder gel applied to keep strength until her next appointment.

I just wanted to show that if prep is done safely on the natural nail, and infils are done regularly, acrylics do not ruin your natural nails. Her nails are still strong, unmarked and healthy.

Theres a time and place for acrylics, builder gels and hard gels but its good to know your nails are in safe hands no matter which you choose ❤️
