✨ Important Cancellation Policy Update – Elite Beauty & Aesthetics Manchester ✨
I wanted to explain why my cancellation policy is so important.
When a client cancels last minute, it can be easy to think it’s only one appointment. However, when I receive two or three cancellations in a day, it quickly adds up and leaves gaps in my diary that are often impossible to fill at short notice.
Today alone, I have lost over £100 due to cancellations. As a small business owner, this has a significant impact on my income and the running of my business.
My booking systems are designed to protect both my time and my business through deposits. Because of this, all future appointments must be booked through the booking app. I will no longer be manually booking appointments on behalf of clients. This ensures that deposits are paid and the correct cancellation policy is agreed to at the time of booking.
Please remember that appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
