Join us for Functional Flow, the perfect mid-week lunchtime reset for your body and mind.
The class uses the backbone of vinyasa yoga, and blends elements of other movement disciplines to create a diverse and fiery flow that will engage the core and tone the limbs.
Expect to recognise movements from pilates, barre, and functional fitness. We will use repetitions to bring muscle activation, while focusing on alignment, form, and breath.
