FYI...AS A SMALL BUSINESS CANCELLATIONS/ NO SHOWS ARE MAJOR WHEN YOUR RELYING ON A WAGE. EXAMPLE OF THE DAY, I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT MYSELF AND HAVE TO BE LEAVING THE SALIN ON TIME, ONE CLIENT TURNS UP NEARLY 20 MIN LATE, TELL HER SHE WILL HAVE TO RESCHEDULE AS IT WILL PUSH THE OTHER CLIENTS BACK AND I WILL OVER RUN, SO IM SAT THERE FOR 40 MINUTES TWIDDLING MY THUMBS, GET A WALK IN 5 MIN BEFORE MY NEXT CLIENTS DUE, GIVE THEM A LEAFLET AND ASK THEM TO REBOOK AS I HAVE SOMEONE DUE IN, THE DUE IN DOESNT TURN UP, THATS 3 CLIENTS IM DOWN BY TRYING TO DO THE RIGHT THING, SO PLEASE WHEN I ASK FOR CANCELLATION FEES DONT BE OFFENDED OR IF I ASK FOR FULL PAYMENT UPFRONT AS I CANT CHANCE IT AND HAVE TO RUN AS A BUISNESS, NOT 2 HRS WORTH OF NOTHING. I HONESTLY DONT THIBK PEOPLE REQLISE THIS, ITS ONLY WEDNESDAY AND IM DOWN £130 FROM CANCELLATION/NO SHOWS, ITS SOUL DESTROYING ♥️
