Cancer drugs are advancing at a phenomenal rate. The cost is a worry.

The current thinking in the world of oncology is that multiple pathways will need to be targeted at the same time in order to shrink tumours and increase progression free survival rates of patients.
For example combining a PD1/PDL1 inhibitor such as Nivolumab/Pembrolizumab with a PARP inhibitor.
