Today feels like the perfect day to say something we probably don’t say enough.
We are so genuinely grateful for every nail tech who supports ROXI, whether you’ve been here from the very beginning, have only just discovered us, have tried one product, booked onto a class, shared a post, tagged us in your work, sent us feedback, or simply followed along quietly.
It all means more than you know.

This industry is full of incredibly hard-working, creative, passionate people, and we know that being a nail tech is so much more than what people see in a finished photo. It’s the late nights, the constant learning, the back-to-back clients, the messages after hours, the product testing, the problem-solving, the pressure to get every detail right, and the care you put into making each client feel good when they leaves your chair. That kind of work deserves to be recognised.

ROXI was created for nail techs who care deeply about what they do. For techs who want products they can trust, products that perform, and a brand that actually listens. We still have so much we want to do, but your support, feedback and encouragement is what helps us keep building ROXI into something we’re really proud of.

We sat down with and honestly… this is a conversation that stuck with us 💬

After living with Addison’s disease, she’s turned her experience into something so powerful with — pushing for a nail industry that feels safe, inclusive and thought about before someone even walks through the door.

Because the reality is, not all disabilities are visible.

From simple but impactful changes like social stories and flashcards for clients who are autistic or deaf, to encouraging brands and salons to think “what can we do better?”… it’s about making people feel seen without them having to ask.

No one should have to explain themselves just to feel comfortable at their appointment.

With Addison’s Disease Day on the 29th May, it felt like the perfect time to share this. A little reminder that small changes can make a huge difference 🩵
