With the extreme weather that is forecast this week I just wanted to reassure those with appointments that the room is fully air conditioned so the temperature will be comfortable for your appointment.

Also, to make you aware that massage cannot be done over areas of sunburn. So please be extra careful in the sunshine in the days leading up to your appointment ☀️☀️☀️

Please make sure you drink plenty of water before and after your appointments.

A reminder that appointment cancellations are charged at the following rates:

Less than 48 hours - 50%
Less than 24 hours - 100%
