NOTICE

As of the 20th of February I will be cutting back my hours to 2 days a week and will no longer be hair and bodyworks. This may come as a shock to some and may seem very sudden but I have been thinking about this for a while. I have been hairdressing for 30 years and I have ran my own business for the last 11 years. I have always been in my comfort zone in the salon but running a business is hard work and takes up a lot of time, leaving no time for me and my family. I feel like I have achieved more than I thought and have gathered many qualifications. The salon has survived 3 floods and 3 covid lockdowns. In the last lockdown I realised I wanted to challenge myself to something different so I have enrolled to take on a counselling qualification to run along side the mental health and mental well-being that I already have achieved.

I would like to thank each and every one of my clients for your loyalty and custom over all these years. I wouldn’t of got this far with out you all # # #

I would like to wish everyone who has worked with me and alongside me all the very best for the future xx

Also a personal Thankyou to my niece Chloe, who is expecting her baby in July. I love you and will always be here for you. You came to me as a 15 year old girl and will be leaving a fabulous mum and a very qualified, professional hairdresser. Thankyou so much x

📣 The Prime Minister has confirmed that from 4am on Tuesday 30 November, face coverings will be mandatory in shops and on public transport, including hairdressers. The NHBF are seeking clarity about what this means for the rest of the close contact services and will provide a further summary once the Government has published new guidance.
