✨The face behind the business✨

I’m SO excited to finally say i am now fully qualified in Level 2 and 3 Beauty and have officially finished at college!!! As many of you know i’ve been training to be a beauty therapist for the past 3 years.

This is such an exciting chapter for me as i’ve been working hard for this for so long and now i can be fully dedicated to building my business!💕

Here is my story:

Hi i’m Skye, an 18 year old beautician based at
📍Ubeauty, Shirebrook, NG20 8AF
Also offering mobile services for anyone who can’t travel to the shop x

I live at home with my crazy family and my even crazier cockapoo Ivy💕
I started driving at 17 and I’ve always loved dancing since i was young, i even came 2nd in the world championships held in Florida!

I fell in love with everything to do with beauty at the age of 15 when i started working in the salon as a saturday girl. Since watching the girls at work, i knew what i wanted to do and with the help of everyone at the shop ive been able to build up my skills and my clientele💕

I started with my eyelash extension course at the age of 16 and absolutely loved it. I then went on to join college to complete my level 2 beauty which i have been offering for the past year.
These treatments are:

-Tinting✨
-Facials💕
During this time at college i also completed my nail course which includes: Biab overlays, extensions and gel polish.

And now im over the moon to be able to offer:

-Hot and Cold Stones Body Massage✨
-Indian Head Massage ✨

I can’t wait to keep building my business and learning more new treatments✨

So a huge thank you to all family, friends and clients who have supported me this whole way, from letting me practise on them to becoming a regular client💕

Fun fact✨☁️
I decided to call my business Skye Beu’s Beauty as my close friends and family have called me Skye Bow since i was young🎀

I have been working alongside my amazing mum for 3+ years at her long established beauty salon which is coming up to be its 14th year since opening. Working with my best friend is truly the best✨💕
